Terry Lennox’s recipe — one part Rose’s Lime Juice, one part gin, Hendrick’s gin in this case. A delighful drink and well named. A gimlet is a tool for boring small holes and this drink bores small holes in your mind, through which cheerful thoughts can pass in and out.
